A little about me! I have been cooking delicious meals beside my mom for as long as i can remember. I love cooking because its the one sure way to gather everyone together to have some good old fashion fun. Food is relaxing, nourishing and when done well is truly "good for the soul".

I was born in Miami, raised by Haitian parents, have Jamaican siblings, cousins from Bahamas and a stepmom from Trinidad and Tobago. Hence why my style of cooking is the perfect blend of Soul Food & Caribbean Food :)

I have 3 beautiful daughters (1 adopted) and a handsome son who is also active in this family business. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you for years to come!
